At Zaiyan Trade, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we make returns quick and easy.

✅ Return Window

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

📦 Items Eligible for Return

You may return an item if it:

• Arrived damaged or defective
• Is the wrong product or missing parts
• Doesn’t match the product description
• Was never delivered (after shipping investigation)

🚫 Items Not Eligible

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Opened personal care, hygiene, or consumable products
• Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable
• Custom orders or private label products
• Requests made after 14 days of delivery

🔄 How to Return an Item

1. 📧 Email info@zaiyantrade.com with your Order Number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos
2. 🕒 Our support team will respond within 48 hours
3. 📬 If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the shipping address
4. 📦 Pack the item securely and ship it within 7 days of approval

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a replacement or different size/item?

We’ll gladly offer an exchange for eligible returns. Just let us know what you’d like instead.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We are not liable for returns lost in transit, so use tracked shipping
